Dear Parents
Today was a very excited day as we welcomed a new pupil to our class:
Selin joined us today and we are now having 20 children in Reception 3,
twelve boys and eight girls.
This week we reviewed all the letters and sounds we learned so far. Therefor we made name rockets with letters of our own name and a ship because of the sh sound.
On Tuesday we went on our field-trip to the botanical garden. We were all very happy to go on the big bus and we enjoyed walking to the beautiful green garden. A guide explained the names of many plants and trees to us, which... we took note of but the picnic seemed the best part of the outing.
We watched and listened to a very excited story about George and the dragon, after we drew a picture about the story and the dragon and the princes were drawn happily.
Play time
For the next two weeks we will have no swimming lessons, due to chicken-pox.
