Dear Parents
Welcome to our very first blog for Reception 3. Before we begin let me introduce ourselves. There are 2 teachers (Ms Shenaz and Ms Gunay) and 2 assistants (Ms Zameena and Ms Chinnara).
During the last 2 weeks we have been learning about your children - their likes and their dislikes, what makes them happy and what makes them sad.
We have been learning how to count from 1-20 and played lots of fun games. The children enjoy playing in the indoor play area and love the outdoor play area.
We hope these pictures will give you a brief idea of our very busy weeks.

Personal, Social and Emotional Development Thinking about what you like and what you don't like can be confusing... Fatima had to think carefully about what she did not like |
Constructing a tower taller than themselves can be challenging. |
Role play forms an important role in our children's development. |
Fine motor development. Children traced and cut the shapes. |
Our first music lesson was fun...... Mmmmm wonder what we should do?? |
The moment we were waiting for all week .... we enjoyed the swimming class. |
The children really enjoyed the speaking and listening activities when they listened to The Gruffalo. |
The children are getting better everyday at using a pair of scissors with confidence. Here they are cutting around the shapes they learnt about during the maths lesson. |
Children practiced writing their names from a name card. They are being encouraged to write their names on all their work. |
Good luck to you!Well done !!
