Traditional Tales

We started our week with tales.
  And our first tale  is "The Gingerbread Man ".
Children were told that traditional tales have a moral.
This story tells us  that it is bad to treat people  who are nice to you badly- you will come to harm.

                                     We joined in with repeating line:
                             Run, run,  as you can, You can't catch me, I am the Gingerbread Man

Children listened for initial sounds and blended them into words

                                   RWI ; We 're  so happy -we can write simple words.
             Well done  Fakhri ! Your  Gingerbread Man will decorate our door.
         Matthias and his Gingerbread Man  --they are so sweety....

                     This is another traditional story for this week-it was not written but told  by mums and                                                    dads " Little Red Hen".
We have  watched two stories,now we are comparing these stories;
Which do we prefer? And we are speaking about animals that we saw in these stories.

                                          Small fantasy role play; Children create a farm with Little Red Hen (Sevil),
                  with 'ddddddozy  ddddddog'   (Ruslan),with 'cccccrafty  ccccat' (Madine), and 'wallowing
        ppppig(Fakhri).
