Dear Parents

An other busy week has gone by with lots of learning. We look at the book: Fun in the Snow, about a family having fun in the snow. There were no words, only pictures so we thought about a story ourselves. The book is part of the Oxford Reading Tree scheme, which has lovely books about three kids named: Biff, Chip and Kipper.

Here we are busy writing  sentences! We are learning that in the English language your are reading from left to right and top to bottom and you will find the words in a sentence, beginning with a Capital Letter and finish with a Full Stop.

Tuesday there was a lot of excitement going on. There was a bonfire outside and we jumped over it!
Making a bonfire and jumping over it - is one of the Novruz traditions.

After we had our weekly swimming lesson in our beautiful swimming pool.

Miss Suzie is teaching us about one more. Here you see us working hard in our Number Books.

We also have been learning about healthy and unhealthy food. What is good for your body  and what is not good for your body to eat.

To decorate for the Novruz holiday we have been helping Chinara to make beautiful displays.

As we know 8 of March is a woman's day.Reception 3 decided to congratulate                                                 mothers. At art lesson we made cute purses for our mothers.
